Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT systems, networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support deployments, updates, and IT automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Windows/Linux servers, networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms.

• Hands-on experience with virtualization tools, monitoring systems, and ticketing platforms.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and disaster recovery procedures.

• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a strong focus on accuracy and uptime.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with DevOps tools or CI/CD environments.

• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks or certifications.

• Familiarity with automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
