Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbot applications for web and mobile platforms

• Integrate chatbots with messaging platforms, APIs, and backend systems

• Work with NLP, AI, and machine learning models to enhance chatbot intelligence

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams

• Optimize chatbot performance, accuracy, and scalability

• Maintain and improve existing chatbot solutions

Required Skills

• Strong experience with chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.)

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java

• Knowledge of NLP concepts and conversational AI

• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations

• Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment workflows

• Experience working on Chatbot App Development Services projects

• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and data handling
