Another method for obtaining the Rune Pouch is to purchase it directly from the Mage of Zamorak. You'll find this NPC in the Abyss area, and he sells the Rune Pouch for a price of 3,000  and a handful of Blood Money.

Steps to Purchase the Rune Pouch from the Mage of Zamorak:

Visit the Abyss: Enter the Abyss via the "Enter the Abyss" mini-quest.

Locate the Mage of Zamorak: You'll find the Mage of Zamorak standing within the Abyss near one of the OSRS buy gold entrances.
