What “Matches your interests” means for an artist

Understand the interest relevance message shown on recommended artist cards.

In Discover > Artists, recommended results can show a Matches your interests message.

This appears when the artist result has a positive interest-relevance signal in the recommended sort. It is an explanation that the recommendation has some relationship to your discovery interests; it is not a verification badge and it does not mean you already follow the artist.

You can still combine Recommended with genre and country filters. If you switch to Trending or New Artists, the results use that selected sort instead of presenting the list as the interest-recommended view.
