What is the Job Match Score?

Understand AI-assisted job matching on CaribSocial.

When you are signed in, CaribSocial can calculate match scores for supported job listings.

The Jobs page can show an overall Job Match Score based on the strongest current matches and can calculate per-job match information for listings in the feed.

A match score is a discovery aid. Always read the full job description and requirements before deciding whether to apply.
