What is the CaribSocial Developer Platform?

Learn what the CaribSocial Developer Platform provides and where to start building an integration.

The CaribSocial Developer Platform lets developers connect websites and apps to CaribSocial using supported OAuth, Developer API, webhook and sharing tools.

Where to start
1. Open https://caribsocial.net/developers.
2. Sign in to CaribSocial.
3. Open My Apps.
4. Create a developer app with your app name, website and exact redirect URI.
5. Set up Sandbox first so you can test before production App Review.

Main developer tools
• CaribSocial Login using OAuth 2.1 Authorization Code with PKCE.
• Developer API for supported profile, Pages, Events, Jobs and Marketplace workflows.
• Sandbox with synthetic data isolated from live CaribSocial data.
• Webhooks with signed delivery, retries, replay and health information.
• API Explorer, Quickstart, API Reference and SDK tools.
• Team roles for Owners, Admins, Developers and Viewers.
• Usage, error and incident monitoring.

Public OAuth clients use PKCE and do not use a client secret in browser or native-app code.

Production access is separate from Sandbox. Production OAuth and reviewed permissions require the app to meet App Review and verification requirements.
