How to upgrade or manage your membership

Start a paid membership, confirm activation, or manage an existing subscription safely.

To start a paid CaribSocial membership:
1. Sign in to CaribSocial.
2. Open Membership.
3. Choose Pro, Premium or Elite.
4. Review the monthly price and included benefits.
5. Continue to Stripe Checkout.
6. Review Stripe’s recurring charge information before confirming payment.

After payment
CaribSocial checks Stripe subscription status when you return. The paid tier is synchronized into the same account-plan system used to unlock membership features.

If synchronization is still in progress, CaribSocial shows a syncing message rather than confirming activation too early.

Existing paid members
If you already have an active paid membership, use Manage or Change plan. This opens Stripe’s customer portal instead of creating another recurring subscription.

Canceling or changing a plan
Use the Stripe customer portal opened from CaribSocial. The authoritative CaribSocial plan is refreshed from Stripe so cancellation, expiration and renewal can be reflected in feature access.

Admin-granted plans
Some accounts can receive an admin-granted or promotional plan. These do not require a subscription payment. When both a paid subscription and a valid grant exist, CaribSocial uses the higher valid tier for feature access.
