Recommended vs Trending vs New Artists

Choose between personalized, trending and new-artist discovery modes.

Discover > Artists has three separate sort modes.

• Recommended — uses the artist discovery ranking intended for you and can show an interest-match explanation.
• Trending — asks Artist Discovery for the trending sort.
• New Artists — asks Artist Discovery for the new-artist sort.

The sort works alongside the search, genre filter and country filter. If you want to understand why a result may fit your interests, return to Recommended. If you want a different discovery perspective, switch to Trending or New Artists.
