How profiles, follows and connections differ

Understand profile following, connections and messaging.

A CaribSocial profile can support both following and connection relationships.

Follow is used to keep up with another profile. A connection request is a separate two-way relationship that can be sent, accepted, declined, withdrawn or removed.

When available, you can also message a profile. Starting a message opens or creates a Messenger conversation.

A profile can contain activity, articles, media, events, shop content and other sections depending on what that member has published and their profile type.
