What is the difference between a personal profile and a Business Page?

Personal profiles are for people; Business Pages are for brands and can be managed by a team.

A **personal profile** represents you as an individual — connections, friend requests, private DMs, and a feed shared with your network.

A **Business Page** represents your brand, business, creator project, or organization. Key differences:

- Pages are **followed**, not friended — there is no follow limit.
- Pages can be managed by multiple admins/editors/moderators.
- Pages have built-in **Insights, Boosting, Live streaming branding, Services, Reviews, and Contact CTAs**.
- You publish from a page via the **Posting as** identity switcher in the composer.
- Pages can be verified and appear in the public Pages directory.

You keep one personal profile but can run as many Business Pages as you need.
