Open a Store vs Manage Store in Marketplace

Understand why Marketplace shows Open a Store or Manage Store.

The Marketplace hero changes its seller action according to your store state.

If CaribSocial finds one of your stores, the page can show Manage Store and open that store's management route. It prefers a published store when one is available, otherwise it can use your first store.

If you do not have a store, the page shows Open a Store. Signed-out visitors are sent to sign in before continuing. Signed-in users with an existing seller level go toward the seller dashboard; users without seller status are directed toward seller verification.
