Messenger mark all read, refresh and app badge actions

Understand Messenger-wide read, badge and refresh controls.

The Messenger global menu includes inbox-level maintenance actions.

• Mark all read — marks conversations with unread activity, including manually marked-unread conversations, as read.
• Clear notifications — clears the supported app badge when the browser or installed app exposes badge APIs.
• Refresh — asks CaribSocial to refresh the conversation query so the inbox reloads current data.

These actions affect inbox state and badges; they do not delete message history.
