Messenger inbox filters explained

Understand the All, Unread, Groups and Archived filters in CaribSocial Messenger.

CaribSocial Messenger includes inbox filters that help you focus on different conversations.

• All — your normal active conversation list.
• Unread — conversations with unread messages or ones you manually marked unread.
• Groups — group conversations.
• Archived — conversations you moved out of the normal inbox.

Archived conversations are intentionally hidden from the normal views until you choose Archived. The unread tab can include both genuinely unread messages and conversations you marked unread for later.
