How verified artists appear in Discover

Understand where the artist verification badge appears and what it does not mean.

When an artist is verified, CaribSocial can show a verification badge beside the artist name in Discover.

The badge is separate from recommendation ranking. An artist can be recommended because of interest relevance whether or not the artist is verified, and a verified artist is not automatically the top recommendation for every user.

Use the badge as an identity-status signal, then use the artist's profile, music, location, genres and other available information to decide whether you want to follow or connect.
