How to use Business Leads and Get a Quote

Learn how customers send private quote or service requests from a Business Page and how Page managers track those leads.

CaribSocial Business Leads lets customers contact a claimed Business Page with a structured private request instead of relying only on a general message.

For customers: how to send a business request

1. Sign in to CaribSocial.
2. Open a claimed Business Page.
3. Select “Get Quote,” or open a listed service and choose the request option.
4. Choose the request type:
• Get a Quote
• Request Service
• Product Inquiry
• Booking Request
• General Business Inquiry
5. Add a subject and describe what you need.
6. Optionally add a budget range, currency, location, and preferred date.
7. Choose your preferred contact method: CaribSocial, email, or phone.
8. Select “Send Request.”

Your request is private. It is visible only to authorized managers of that Business Page.

Why can’t I see Get Quote on some Pages?

Business Leads are available only for claimed, active Business Pages. An unclaimed listing cannot receive customer leads until ownership has been verified.

What happens after I send a request?

CaribSocial confirms that the request was sent and notifies the Business Page managers.

The business can review your request and move it through its internal lead pipeline.

For Page managers: where to find leads

1. Open the Business Page you manage.
2. Open the “Leads” tab.
3. New customer requests appear there automatically.

The Leads tab is private and only available to authorized Page managers.

Lead statuses

Managers can organize each request using:
• New — request has just arrived.
• Contacted — the customer has been contacted.
• Qualified — the request looks like a real opportunity.
• Won — the business converted the lead into a customer or confirmed job.
• Closed — the request is finished or no longer active.

Private manager notes

Each lead includes a private notes field. Managers can save internal follow-up information without exposing those notes to the customer.

What information can a lead contain?

Depending on what the customer provides, a lead may include:
• Request type and subject.
• Description of what they need.
• Linked service.
• Budget range and currency.
• Service location.
• Preferred date.
• Preferred contact method.
• Email or phone number when the customer chooses those methods.

Who can see customer contact information?

Only authorized managers of that Business Page can load the Page’s private Leads dashboard.

Spam protection

CaribSocial limits how many new Business Lead requests one account can submit per day and blocks duplicate requests with the same message sent repeatedly to the same business.

Can Page managers submit leads to their own Page?

No. Page owners, admins, and authorized editors cannot create customer leads for the Page they manage.

Business Leads and normal messaging

Business Leads are designed for structured customer requests such as quotes, services, products, or bookings. Normal CaribSocial messaging remains available separately when the Page allows it.
