How to find an older Support ticket

Search My Tickets by ticket number, subject or Support category.

My Tickets includes a search box so you can find previous requests without scrolling through every ticket.

The current search checks:

• Ticket number.
• Ticket subject.
• Support category label.

Enter part of one of those values to narrow the list. Choose a result to reopen its ticket conversation and review the original request, status and replies.
