How profile types affect your profile

Understand why Artist and standard profiles can show different tools and sections.

CaribSocial profiles can expose different experiences based on profile type.

The Account settings include a Profile Type control. Artist profiles can expose the Artist section and artist-specific Studio tools, while standard profile sections continue to support activity, articles, media and other available content.

Changing profile type should be done from the supported profile-type settings rather than by editing URLs or account data directly.
