How developer webhooks, teams and API health work

Operate a developer integration with signed webhooks, team roles, usage analytics and API incident alerts.

CaribSocial Developer Platform includes webhook delivery, team collaboration and integration-health tools.

Webhooks
Developers can configure supported webhook subscriptions for an app and environment. Production and Sandbox webhook subscriptions are isolated.

Webhook delivery includes:
• HMAC-SHA256 signature verification.
• Delivery attempts and retry handling.
• Delivery health.
• Replay for supported failed or historical deliveries.
• Secret rotation controls.

Always verify the CaribSocial webhook signature against the exact raw request body before processing the event.

Developer teams
Apps support team roles:
• Owner — full control, including production review, domain/team controls and retirement.
• Admin — operational app management, including supported alert settings.
• Developer — development operations, testing and usage access.
• Viewer — read-only access.

API health
Open View usage for Production or Sandbox to see request activity, failures, error rate, rate limits and recent error categories.

Incident alerts
Owners/Admins can configure API health alert thresholds. The production health evaluator checks configured apps on a recurring schedule and records incidents when thresholds are met. Email delivery depends on the configured alert email and available mail service.

Do not share access tokens or signing secrets in team chat, public issue trackers or support screenshots.
