How Announce search, topics and discovery filters work

Use Announce search, discovery views, categories and followed topics to find relevant posts.

Announce gives you several ways to narrow what you see.

Search

Use the Announce search box to search announcements, topics and places. Recent searches can appear below the search box so you can run them again quickly.

Discovery views

• For You — recommended announcements.
• Global — broader global discovery.
• Near You — location-focused discovery.
• Caribbean — Caribbean-focused discovery.
• Trending — announcements receiving stronger current attention.
• Following — content connected to people you follow.
• New — recently published announcements.

Topics

Topics are optional labels that help organize discovery. You can select a topic to filter the results, follow a topic you care about, or clear the topic filter to return to a broader view.

Categories and topics work alongside the discovery view, so you can combine them to make results more specific.
