Announce post types and their extra fields

See which extra information appears for Sell, Service, Job, Event, Housing and Dating announcements.

The Announce composer changes the form according to the type of announcement you choose.

Examples of type-specific information include:

• Sell — price, Caribbean currency, item condition and whether the price is negotiable.
• Service — starting price, currency and service area.
• Job — employment type, company, salary and deadline.
• Event — event date, time and venue.
• Housing — property type, price, currency, bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Dating — connection type, interests, preferred age range and adult confirmation.

The title and details are always important, while the type-specific fields help readers understand the announcement faster. Dating announcements require the adult confirmation before the form can be submitted.
